All domains registered before the re-delegation of LY ccTLD to GPTC-Libya, are required to pay for the services provided by Registry (DNS maintenance service) for the period since the re-delegation up to 31 DEC 2006, and for the RENEWAL of the domains for the next year.

 Payment is done through one of the following methods :
 -Online payments:
   Online payments are done only through Libyan Spider Network .
   

 -Inside Libya:
    Please contact Libya Telecom and Technology for payment of your domain.

Unsettling your payment will cause terminating your contract with .ly and your domain will be considered free to register.
